Return Policy – 90-Day Risk-Free Trial

At VitaalX, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. That’s why we give you 90 days to try our health kit risk-free.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product within this period, as long as it’s in original condition (no excessive use and with tags/packaging).

How to return

1. Register your return
Contact us via the contact page. You will receive the return instructions there.

2. Receive instructions
If your return request is within the 90-day period, we will send you the instructions and the correct return address.

3. Pack & ship
Pack the product securely in the original packaging and send it back using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense (average ± €19 for international shipments, depending on the carrier).

4. Refund
Once we’ve received and checked your returned product, we’ll refund the amount within 7 days using your original payment method.

Damaged or defective on arrival?

If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days via our contact page.
Always include a clear video + photo of the shipping label. This is the only way we can determine if it falls under warranty.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we’ll send you a new item free of charge.

Can I return without contacting you first?
No. Always register your return first so we can track it and process it correctly.

My package hasn’t arrived — what now?
If you haven’t received your order after 21 days, contact us within 7 days. We’ll resend your order free of charge.
If you contact us later than this, the cost of reshipping will be at your own expense.

What is not eligible for a refund?

  • Returns without Track & Trace

  • Heavily damaged products due to poor packaging

  • Returns sent to the wrong address

  • Returns outside the 90-day period

  • Return shipping costs themselves
