Who we are
FitalX ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.fitalx.com.
Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently, so you can start using your FitalX health kit without worry.


Shipping costs
Free shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders within our delivery area.


Delivery area
📦 Current delivery area: We currently ship within the US,  Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
🌍 Future plans: Expansion to more European countries is coming soon.


Order processing time

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 20:00 (CET, Amsterdam) are processed the same business day.

  • No processing: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


Delivery times

  • US: on average 4–7 business days after processing.

  • EU: on average 3–7 business days after processing.
    (Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and shipping volume.)


Shipping process
We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, Bpost, and FedEx.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can easily track your package.


Damaged or missing orders

  • Damaged package: Contact us within 7 days of receipt via our contact page, and we will resolve it immediately.

  • Missing package: If your order does not arrive, contact us right away. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
